The ability to customise ICD9 diagnoses in the list.

I would like to be able to use my own text to search for ICD9 codes in the billing. It can take a long time to find a diagnosis as the ICD9 coding is very poor. Example, back ache is (724), but that is only lumbar. There is no thoracic back pain code listed. However there is a "not otherwise specified" code (847). I would like to be able to "create" a text that says Backache - L or T or C etc. Right now I can only do that by creating a macro. We should be able to search for a diagnosis, find the relevant code, then choose our own text and click "SAVE" so that we can use it again!!!!!!!!!! There are many other examples, that would help save time hunting through redundant lists. Eg. Had a patient with an ACJ sprain - there is none listed - so I had to choose Shoulder sprain and strain. I have to try remember that now - would be easier if I could just save it as ACJ in the list!
