Template Suggestions can be managed so that only specified suggestions are available by default in the loaded office.
Go to: Accuro Menu > Scheduler > Scheduler Management > Suggestions
Under Suggestion Availability, click under 'Visible in this Office' (so that a purple house displays) for the Suggestion to show in your office. Click under 'Visible when Show All is Selected' (so that an orange house displays) to hide that Suggestion from your office.
Under Appointment Suggestions, click on the house icon. If the icon is purple, only the displays Suggestions will be available to the office. If the icon is orange, ALL suggestions will be available.
