Need a pop-up on the screen when you try to book

Need a pop-up on the screen when you try to book an appointment in the past or in the way off future, asking us if we want to proceed.

We manually enter our lab results and it was noted that one of our girls put in a date for the year 4011. We need the system to have a popup that states "the date is not in this year or something" and then as us if we want to proceed. Same as in scheduling appointments, notify us if we have clicked on the wrong date in the past and as us if we want to proceed.

If you try to book an appointment in the past, a pop-up displays asking you if you want to continue.
When you try to add a lab result with a future date, a pop-up displays to advise you that "The observation/collection date of this lab is in the future."
