As a workaround, if the prescriptions are created same day, there is a section at the bottom of the note window that shows you the medical history relevant to the date of service. You can copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) into the body of your note from here.
Changing the date on your note will change the medical history to reflect inputs of the chosen day, as well.
