Adding info to a scanned document.

It's not ideal, but I comment on the document in the "Description field". Saskatchewan mandates that we comment on ECG's in order to bill for the same. At present I write my ECG "read" in the description. Would be nice to add a comment to the ECG itself.

    With the release of Document Annotations in 2016.02, you can now add your signature, text fields and highlighting to a Document by selecting the "Annotate" option.
