watermark a "stop" or "discontinue" on outdated prescriptions so pharmacists are kept up to date.

In saskatchewan we have to reconcile in patient meds with PIP a government pharmacy initiative. If drugs are never stopped at the pharmacy level they show up on ER admits and this is dangerous for the patient being admitted and very confusing for the ER doctors.

A feature to address this idea is currently scheduled for the 2016.02 iteration of Accuro. Should QHR Technologies be required to reschedule the feature, an additional comment will be added to advise of the new schedule.

Upon release, the Idea will be moved to the Completed tab and QHR Technologies will provide further detail on the implemented solution.
