Report on Outstanding Lab results from a Standing Order

As a specialists' office, many of our patients need to go monthly for labwork so that we can moniter their liver levels etc. I would love to see a report, or the ability to create a report, that would show all patients who did not have lab results come in. Would also be great to be able to categorize it further, ie. all patients who have a monthly standing order req who do not have results this month, or by diagnostic code who do not have results in this month
