In Forms, checkboxes that will populate other checkboxes

It would be nice in Forms if checkboxes could be setup to auto-fill based on completion of other checkboxes. For example, we fill out quite an extensive Medical History questionnaire on new patients. We have categories for medical history such as Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune System, etc., with the relevant diseases listed underneath with Yes/No/Unknown checkboxes for each disease. It would be nice to be able to have a checkbox at the top of each category that says "No Known Conditions", that could be checked for that category, and when checked, all the "No" checkboxes for each disease listed under this category would then be checked-off.
