In Documents; ability to change the 'from' once it is entered.

We use the 'from' on everything we file from the document screen. Sometimes we have found that the wrong 'from' was entered, or accidentally left on from the previous document, when there should not be a 'from'. There are ways to update almost everything in the EMR (Can change the name of the file by transfering, etc) but the 'from' is on there permanently. It would be nice to be able to update or remove that. Even once you open a document you can change the description in the bottom left hand corner, so I wish there was a spot to enter a new "from" on that screen.
