In Forms - ability to have a date text field default from the current date or DOS

We have lab reqs that expire after one year - would like the expiry date text field to auto populate from the "current date" or "date of service". Right now Accuro has the option to auto populate a text field from a date that you enter when creating the form - so therefore the date is only useful for that date and cannot adjust as time passes :( Hope that makes sense. What I am proposing would come in handy for many other applications as well!! (ie. Please confirm your appointment by "certain date." which could be a default 2 weeks prior to appt etc. etc.) And you would not have to go in and adjust the date EVERY TIME!! :)
