Hello,
Actions related to prescriptions should default to the logged in provider, including the creation of new prescriptions and the renewal of existing prescriptions (and even if they were originally generated by someone else).
If a provider is experiencing this problem, please call the service desk at 1-866-729-8889, so that the issue can be investigated by a Client Services Analyst.
