Is there a way to make it so the doctor that is ordering the medication for the day is the doctor it defaults to when refilling a prescription?

We have 17 doctors in our clinic and patients are not always able to see their own doctor. We also have a walk-in clinic where 15 doctors work out of and a lot of our patients are seen there for RX refills. It would be convenient for the doctor to default to the doctor that's signed in that day instead of the doctor that last refilled the prescription.

    Hello,

    Actions related to prescriptions should default to the logged in provider, including the creation of new prescriptions and the renewal of existing prescriptions (and even if they were originally generated by someone else).

    If a provider is experiencing this problem, please call the service desk at 1-866-729-8889, so that the issue can be investigated by a Client Services Analyst.
