Schedule Changes - Statutory Holidays

Applying the Statutory Holidays to large numbers of providers is tedious and time consuming and then can be easily over written by a schedule change unless done day by day. It would be ideal to create Statutory Holiday Schedules (in our clinic we currently have 2 schedules) and be able to assign a Statutory Holiday Schedule to a provider so their schedule is overridden by the Statutory Holiday Schedule. This would prevent each providers schedule having to be maintained individually.

You can make your Stat Holiday schedule template a "Priority" Template, this means it will not be automatically overwritten if you're applying a new template to a provider.  You will get a popup note saying that this Priority template is applied on MM/DD/YY and given the option to override it or not.

You will still have to go and reapply the Stat Holiday template once you've updated it to a Priority template but well worth it in the long run.
