Radio Button for Chronic Disease Management Forms or other forms that are used often

At our clinic, we do a urine drug screen on every patient. the results are entered on a spreadsheet like form. Unfortunately, this template is filed under the "Encounter" tab for the date on which it was created. This means that i have to sort through the piles of encounter notes looking for the urine drug screen results. Could this not be easily accessed like the INR results by the push of a button? If not, we should be able to have the ability to pin this to the top of the encounter notes so it always stays at the top. also, a radio button for Chronic Disease Management forms, or PHQ9 scores, Audit C scores, Pain Interference Scores, COMM and SOAPE score which are repeated several times through the year should be able to have a "hot button" which brings up historical values to review with patients.

We would find this useful in our office as well for things like diabetic flowsheets, antenatal records, etc.
