Date in History of Problems to default to Date of Service

We use the History of Problems as a guide to find out the last time a patient was in for a specific diagnosis. We also link all the diagnosis in that history to each encounter note associated with that particular diagnosis. We currently have to link the diagnoses one at a time and change the date each time in order to keep this current. We would like to be able to have it default to the Date of Service so that when the doctors look at the history of problems, they know when they last saw the patient for that particular issue.
