formatting of information pulled from custom bands

Currently we are using the copy/paste medical history to pull into our notes. The formatting of the automatic tags is not how we want to see it. It would be nice if we were able to customize the information being pulled in. Ex. When we pull meds it does not give us the dose. We know we can do it in the 'generate letter' but that is not always what we are using it in.

    This is great, but now you have to make this functionality work for Forms. So many forms request certain parts of medical history, and the only current medical history widget in the forms is not editable and is in an atrocious format (long and skinny, but most forms go sideways)

    Hello,

    This can be accomplished using the Template Wizard's "Query" function.

    Tools > Template Wizard > Select or create your template > Put your cursor in the body of your template where you would like the information to display > Click on the Query icon (blue speech balloon) > Medical History > Set your parameters > <OK>

    This will create a "tag" the same as right-clicking in the template body and selecting from the menu, but the parameters are more robust, allowing you to specify formatting, and whether to include associated dates and details (including medication dosages).
