Display Appointment Time in Encounter Notes Appointments List

It would be useful to have the Appointment Time display in EMR: Encounter Notes Tab under the list of Appointments. This would be great when trying to fill in a Requisition and you need to enter future appointments on the form. Currently, you can use the Appointment Date of Service Components on a Form or Letter Template, but are unable to use this component to also enter Future/Past appointments at the same time. By pressing F4, you can bring up the full Appointment History so you can have it and the Requisition open at the same time, but it would be easier if the time displayed on the Appointment List.
