QHR Product Ideas

I am planning to use patient kiosk in the wating room and potentially using internet so they can fill out some forms elsewhere. I thought to make our questionnaires in HTML format, create patient login and password and then send the filled form directly to their EMR. Then we could use tablets/IPADs etc in the waiting room and patients could use Internet anywhere to get ready for a visit. My question is how difficult it will be submitting these forms to Accuro? Also, I know that some EMRs already offer to their clients this kind of patient portals/kiosks and was wondering if Optimed had in plan introducing this feature as well. Honestly, without it, we still have a large volume of papers to scan and I have to keep a full time secretary just for the scanning. In addition, human errors happen during scanning and sometimes I find documents related to a different patient in a patient's chart. Creating patient portal will make a huge difference, obviously for patients using Internet. I hope that patients, who are not Internet friendly will find friends or relatives to assist.
