create option to add additional pharmacies for each pt (would need to also add the ability to choose which pharmacy when writing/renewing prescriptions

Currently only one pharmacy can be used for each patient. However, often patients will need to use at least one other pharmacy, as for example only some pharmacies being able to compound prescriptions, for example. Also, some prescriptions may need to go to other locations like their EIA worker (for example for nutritional supplements like Boost). It would be very useful to have the option of adding other pharmacies and care providers (probably by opening up the address book rather than restricting options to those contained within the pharmacy tab). This would require adding the ability to select which pharmacy to use when writing/renewing a prescription
