Creating a Component - Query on Labs - Needs More Items in Patient Lab Drop Down

Creating a new component. Using the type of Query for a few of the components where we need the Most Recent, Second Most Recent, etc. There are only five options and they would like more (up to 25). Is it possible to add more of these? Workflow - Add component>Choose Type as Query>Query=Lab Result Test>Lab Test=Phys Hist (Child)>Lab Result=Weight>Patient Lab=Most Recent or Second Most Recent or Third Most Recent, etc. Only up to Fifth Most Recent. Can this list be expanded to 25? or more?
