Deleting Fax creates 'Cancelled' in Virtual Chart

When a user is faxing a Generated Letter, the last status the Accuro Fax Manager gives is what will appear within the Virtual Chart. So if a Generated Letter is Faxed and then Queues, the Virtual Chart for this item shows 'Queued', same for once it is 'Complete' within Accuro, in the Virtual Chart it will say 'Sent'. However, if, instead of 'Clear Sent > Clear Selected', one decides to clear 'Complete' faxes by 'Delete Selected', the result in the Virtual Chart is 'Cancelled' for this specific item, even though it was actually successfully sent to the recipient. The user should be using 'Clear Sent', however, the Virtual Chart should not display a Cancelled status if the item was actually sent. The request is to make it so that the Virtual Chart accurately reflects what the status of the fax actually is.
