Old forms - default recipient

Currently in Accuro, on forms we have the ability to select a 'Default recipient' (this recipient is taken from the Address book). However, when a number is updated from the Address book, the new number does not reflect on the selected 'Default recipient' for the individual form. We tried navigating to this form and going into the 'Default recipient' option from the form itself, it led us to the address book, which displays the correct NEW number. But when trying to fax one of these forms, even if the number shows as updated, it still will fax to the OLD number. So the number is not updating to the newest address book entry, rather reverting to the initial address book entry.

    Though I am unsure in what version, this appears to have been corrected since it's submission.

    If you are currently experiencing a similar issue, please contact the service desk at 1-866-729-8889, so that it can be investigated, as this behavior would be a bug, not a change request.
