Our workaround is when we click the Global patient it opens up a mini demographics window that allows us to print the label. It can be set to a custom label.

As a workflow alternative, you can add a Print Label action to the Action Bar.
Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > Configure Actions
On the Search side, uncheck: Only Show Primary Actions
Search: Print Patient Demographics Label > Select > <Add>
Position and customize as desired
<Apply> > <OK>
You will not be prompted to preview the label using this function.
