Renewed call for a Forum or Listserv

Sorry to re-submit this idea, but there seems to be a real need for a proper discussion forum to exchange questions, answers, ideas, share workflows etc. Many of the topics posted to ideaspace are not actually ideas for consideration, they are questions about how to use the software. Many of the ideas proposed already exist, but users don't know every feature of the software. A proper forum would allow for real back and forth discussion and hot topics would remain at the top of a list, rather than getting buried by every new suggestion. Ideaspace could then be used to submit ideas that are actually unique, and people who use the forum would be more likely to vote.

    Thank you for your submission! We are currently working on organizing and revamping the Idea Portal, as well as evaluating how to more effectively, efficiently, and consistently engage with our clients moving forward.
