Ability to change who an invoice is sent to the attention of

If I am sending a bill to a minor or someone with a caregiver, I would like to be able to change who the bill is sent to the attention of. There are two separate fields. One for "Att:" and one for "Re:" It makes sense that you would have the option to change these fields but Accuro doesn't allow for it.

As a workflow alternative, your invoices can be edited through the Form Editor (Accuro Menu > Tools > Form Editor > Category: Invoice).

Those particular fields are defaulted to display Att: as the insurer, and Re: with the patient information. A drop-down component or a free text-field may be better suited.
You could also create a macro to use in a textbox, using tags to populate relevant information (name, address, phone number, etc)

If you would like assistance with any of these workflows, please contact the service desk at 1-866-729-8889; a Client Services Analyst would be happy to help you.
