Left Message Option in Scheduler Right Click-Menu

When right clicking on an Appointment in the Scheduler, there is only the option for "Confirmed" Appointment. Sometimes the patient is unavailable so a Voicemail message is left. Confirmed should only be used when actually speaking to the patient to confirm the appointment. It would be beneficial to have the option to say "Left Message" or have other Appointment Reminder statuses. We have the option to select "Set Note" and type in "Left Message" or use the Patient Status and set it to "Left Message" but it would be useful to have that option right there when right clicking.
