Hello,
To clarify, you're using the Forms to Letters function, and would like the provider's signature to populate when generating the letter? If a Footer has been created for the provider in F2 (Provider Management), and a signature added, then it should populate here.
If you need assistance in setting up a footer for a provider for letters, please contact the Service Desk at 1-866-729-8889.
