Have a strike out option in the form editor

Many of the forms for referrals ask for the doctor to "circle one of the following" and there is nothing to use that will allow this option

    Hello,

    Providers can use the pen tool to mark-up forms. With the form generation window open in EMR > Encounter Notes, click the pen icon in the toolbar in the upper-left. You can also customize the thickness and colour.
