Need to add "NOK" and "Allergies", to New Patient window when using the Traffic Manager

When registering patients at our clinic we use the traffic manager to add walkins. So when adding a new patient to the clinic through the traffic manager it doesn't allow you to enter next of kin or if patient has allergies to medication. It would be nice if it had a field to enter this information so you don't have to leave the screen to do so, and then it gets forgotten
