GENERAL NOTE BUTTON

At this time the only way you can use and track users adding to the task is by using the General Note button in the HOME screen. I would like to see this button added to the Patient Tasks (F7) window as well to be able to add to an existing or completed task. Currently, if you are working from the F7 window, all you can do is open the task and add your information into the body of the original task, thereby not tracking who, when, added info to the orignial task. The GENERAL NOTE button is fantastic in the HOME screen but it needs to be accessible either in the F7 window or even when you open a task you would click the button vs adding to the original task.
