Fields in the Chart Sheet should pull in from the Traffic Manager as some walkin clinics only use the Traffic Manager.

For example: The client has setup the component of "Notes" to come into the Chart Sheet as well. It only seems to work when the notes are added into the appointment notes in the Scheduler, even though those notes will show in the Traffic Manager under notes. If the notes are added through Traffic Manager only they will not be brought into the Chart Sheet Another example: Appointment Time and Appointment date in the Chartsheet are not printing when printing from the Traffic manager (even though they appear on the sheet) but from Encounter Notes it will print fine.
