Matching Appointments to the Waitlist

Workflow: Waitlist>Click on patient>Click Scheduler>Create an appt for that patient>OK>Matching Appointments window pops up>OK Expected Results: Only the item that appears in brackets in the drop down on the Matching Appointments Window shows in the Notes field if there is only one provider in the clinic Actual Results: All of the text from the drop down appears in the scheduler (eg. Patient Name *Office (Chronic Cough) with Provider Dr. Checkley) I can see this being valuable if there is more than one provider but we really only want to see Chronic Cough in the Notes field. Is it possible to add an option for us to just choose what's in brackets?
