Auto-Expire unticked by default

The Auto-Expire box in medications needs to default to have all meds never expire unless the doctor wants them to. When a patient comes in to have his meds refilled, medications are no longer in Active meds, they have been dropped into historical. If you are wanting to refill from the Active Meds band in Encounter Notes, they don't display there if it's past the 30 days. This needs to be fixed. It would be easier to tick the box for the few meds that need to auto-expire than to untick the box for all the meds that should be ongoing.
