Notice of multiple users editing a form/"Check out" a form

It would be a great idea to have a Warning message/pop up message if there are multiple users editing the same form within the Form Editor. As of right now, if multiple users are editing a form, there is no way of telling this. There is no pop up message/warning that informs you that multiple users are working on this form. The Form Editor will only show the changes by the LAST person who hit the "save" button. Maybe if there was an option to "check out" a form during the editing process this would eliminate the possibility of multiple users working on the same form.
