Create alternate Fee code amounts for Private Payment Claims

Would like an additional field in the Manage Procedures window that would allow you to record a different amount for a fee code that would be used when selecting PP as the insurer in the Claim, rather than the government amount for the code. Currently you have to type in the private billing amount when entering the claim details, it would be nice if there could be a default.
