Chart Loading Progress Information box needs to have an option to turn it OFF!!!

There are many ideas that people come up with in Accuro that may be beneficial for all users and some that just may not. This being said, the Chart Loading Progress Information box is an idea that is of no benefit and is actually very distracting for a transcription department or busy physian office. We have 20 family physicians at our office who are all complaining about this "pop-up" box showing each time they view a different patient, etc. The transcription department is constantly being distracted between patients. If you have a pop-up on the screen, your instant reaction is to want to read it. This is a waste of time. It doesn't really matter how many seconds it takes to have the information come up, as long as it comes up. The screen is already busy enough without having pop-ups every times telling us that things are indeed loading. We need a default added in System Settings to turn this feature off if we don't want it.
