Linking multiple visits with the same patient so that 'arrived' status works for all.

We often book a patient with multiple providers for the same day. These visits are "chained" in that after seeing provider A they move to provider B and then C. We are a Family Health Team, and this is how things work. A problem is that only the first visit gets an "arrived" status, and the downstream providers do not know that a patient is in-coming. Is is impractical to ask the front desk to mark each visit as 'arrived' since it is hard for them to find the bookings. Is there any solution to this? - can the "next appointment" show the next appointment even IF ON THE SAME DAY? That might help. - can we "chain" bookings so that an 'arrived' for one acts as an arrived for all? Or any other method - thanks.
