would like to be able to cut and paste more that one apt at a time. the way it is now it takes too long to change an apt date and or time.
if a patient is booked for an echo then a visit with the doctor, but they have to rebook i have to do one at a time, then go back to the original date cut that apt then go to new date and paste it. you waste a lot of time doing this, plus our office is really busy we dont have time to do this,
please can you add this feature. i know i have already added this but i dont care, i need this, and i cannot stress enough how much we need this. so sorry about adding this a few times, but if you could just complete this and i will not add anymore thanks ...people vote on this for me !
You can click and drag to multi-select appointments within the same booking column, which can then all be cut and paste to new slots at the same time.
Scheduler > Click and drag to multi-select > Right-click > Cut > Navigate to where you would like to move them > Right-click > Paste
You can also cut from the F4 window, and paste to a new date. This may be a faster way to move many appointments for a single patient. Tap F4 and search the patient who's appointment(s) need to move, jump to the date in the scheduler you are moving the appointment(s) to. Right-click > Cut in F4, then right-click > Paste in the Scheduler, and continue this until all appointment(s) are moved.
You cannot however move appointments than span more than one booking column. So will retain this idea for that particular workflow. Hopefully some of the other suggestions will make this easier for the time being though.
