When merging documents, place the new merged document at the top of the list instead of the bottom. New documents always go to the bottom of the directory list in the Documents section.
We work from the top of the list, not the bottom. If there are other items to file for the same patient, it requires going to the bottom of the list of documents to retrieve the merged document, then back to the top to file any remaining individual documents.
