List "Most Recent Result Per Patient" option (Alerts / Query Builder)

While speaking with a client we have found that the Alerts (Query Builder) would benefit from a result option to only list the most recent result for each patient, if you are trying to do something like, find out how many patients have been seen in the past 5 years, you may not want to get multiple results per patient, in this situation having this option (or one titled differently with the same outcome) would be very helpful.
