Option for Health Card Number in Remittances or Not Reconciled

ON does not have the option for Health Card Number in their Remittances or Not Reconciled. This makes the remittance process very long if the office has a lot of Version Code errors. Currently, admin staff has to manually document the previous VC and when it was changed, so that the biller will know what the old/new VCs are. If the staff forgets to document this, or they don't at all, the biller has to track down the patient to get the correct VC, and they may find that it has already been updated in Accuro since the submission was done.
