Full Appointment history for CANCELLED appointments

We would like the ability to see the complete appointment history. Currently, if an appointment is cancelled we can see why and by whom. We would also like to see the history of that cancelled appointment ( who created it, what the appointment was, and when it was made). We have over 10000 patients and would like to have more detail available when questions are asked

    This would also be beneficial for "moved" appointments as well. Need to have the full information to be able to answer patient questions.
