"Referral accepted" letter to GP from waitlist

Ability to generate a letter to GP indicating referral has been accepted or denied directly from the "Add to waitlist" screen without having to go into the Encounter Notes. Could be a "accepted" icon that opens a Template and from there generate the letter. 2 clicks instead of 6. Most specialist clinics will find this useful especially in Alberta where reply letters are mandated by the College.

    Reply letters are mandated by the College in Ontario as well. This would be an extremely important functionality to have. This was initially suggested over 7 years ago. Please get this implemented!
