Ability to Edit/Remove CDM Forms

Under Tools>Edit CDM Forms (For Administrators only) when you add a new CDM Form, there is no way to edit the Name of the form after it has already been created, or Remove the Form form the list after it was created. You can hide the CDM Forms in the dropdown in the Encounter Notes section where you select the form, though it will not be hidden when selecting the form from the Chronic Conditions Tab. If a Form was created in error or named in error, it would be nice to have the ability to remove these.
