Ability To Remove Exam Room Number Beside Appointment Once Completed.

Client would like to make the exam room number not visible beside the appointment in the scheduler. Maybe a setting that would remove room numbers from appointments in the scheduler once thay have been completed. This would be functional in showing reception which appointments are currently in rooms and which have been completed rather then needing to go into the traffic manager to do so.
