Link lab summaries in Chronic Conditions tab.

A clinic has created custom lab summaries specific to each chronic condition. ie Diabeties, Asthma, Hypertension.Each summary includes the lab results that she needs to viiew for each condition. Chronic Condition tab of Accuro: In the linkinging area there is a spot to link lab results, and lab types, however none of these summaries are available to link to the chronic condition. Only work around is to link each lab type individually again which is a huge duplication of work. Request is to make lab summaries available to link to chronic conditions. This will be a benificial feature for any clinic that has customized lab summaries as well as uses chronic conditions.
