LABEL PROBLEMS > CUSTOMIZE LABEL YOURSELF

im having problems with my labels, its cutting off the DOB accuro has looked into this and cannot fix this, they say everythign is set up correctly, well then i would like this feature added then. i want to be able to customize the pt demographics label. i know you can make your own but i want to be able to click the bottom of the schedule for the label to print. so if we could choose the font, the size, change if we want it unbolded. i cannot keep printing labels with no DOB. please help me out. because nobody can tell me why my labels are doing this to our office?
