Adjust to paid zeros the claim amount

When you use the "adjust to paid" feature it also changes the claim amount to zero. The claim amount should remain at the original amount as all we are doing is marking the item as paid. This originally came up when we received a payment from MSP and one patient was unmatched due to a name error. We want to show the amount owing as zero but leave the claim amount as is.
