FAX MANAGER PROBLEMS - "RETRIES EXCEEDED" "NO LINE"

I am wondering if anyone else is having problems with Fax Manager????? I am getting the message of "Retries Exceeded" or "No Line", so I re-send the fax over and over, but apparently the recipient IS receiving the fax! But the Fax Manager is not giving me the message "Complete" - so I never know if my faxes are going through or not - until the receipient calls me and tells me they are receiving numerous copies!!!!! This is driving me crazy and wasting my time. Apparently this is happening with other offices too. Is it Accuro, or Microsoft Fax? Is it a Microsoft Fax vs. Winfax compatibility problem?? Something is not working right. Accuro tells me its an IT problem and my IT guy says its an Accuro problem! I am the one doing the work, and I am the one stuck in the middle! Patient care is being compromised! Anyone else with the same issues???????? or suggestions????????
