Notification of pre-existing patients when adding new patients from referrals

When entering pt's information from a referral, normally their name will come up when you hit F1 to search initially if they are already entered, but name changes or previous typos can make that difficult to catch at times, but it is faster and normally more accurate to search by pt's name since we compute words and names as a whole unit whereas using the PHN means identifying every number to enter it >> when we go to enter a "New patient" and enter the PHN then Optimed could immediately notify us if there is a "similar PHN" rather than after all the information including address and physician info (etc) has been entered and you click to add new patient.
