Re-arrange roles that display for Global message.

Would like to be able to re-arrange the roles that display as options in the Global Message set up (Patients). User error is pretty easy when there is a pre built "reception" but the clinic has a "reception ABC" set up. It is likely for a user to choose the wrong one. Note: There is no ability to delete or hide the pre built roles, they are built because of conformance policy.
